Off Late, It has become very important to talk about mental health, Ever wondered why this ailment was not very popular in the older times!! Thanks to technology for making the term hover so close to our heads.

We have become very deeply accustomed to our technological way of life, that greeting,thinking and acknowledging about the ones in your own nest is becoming a new distant dream now.

Thanks to Covid19, Its intentions were solely to bring us down on our own grounds to meet our very own players who are snorted out to battle different situations from one stadium. But seems we have gone a step ahead in getting closer to technology.

Life has different flavors to offer!!

Aint it?...If that would n't be the case, then it would n't be called as a roller coaster,

It is indeed a rainbow and also precisely similar to cassata ice-cream 
But its not that sweet ..It has its own dark shades of violet, blue, purple ......and to the grace that it has to offer you can't runaway from the backdrops of it!

Mentally people are open to all sides of criticism now-a-days,
They have social media to criticize on...
They have home ground people to please upon..
They have probably set a standard of rating to themselves to be labelled as best always!
And they have literally forgotten the way they would dress up as a joker and walk as a legend out of the house and dint care what people commented, because my dear one's they were pleased to accept the bad and good of their own sides, and they embraced it....and laughed there heart out about it!! 

And Now you see, The world of glass has become so busy in pleasing people and showcasing their stakes of class and standard so high that we have forgotten to wash our dirty hands now,

All this Blog has to say is, You can't be always happy! If your always happy .....I wonder which planet you are from ....or probably i would wonder assuming you to have reached the highest mode of salvation already...

You are a human in the garden of wilderness
You are prone to have bad days!
You are prone to be unhappy with certain situations.
You are prone to not be fine...with certain people's behavior.
You are prone to mess up with every one in a new place...
You are prone to receive criticism...Imagine even the supreme power can't satisfy people, Imagine who are we...?? 

Being subjected to the bad days doesn't mean you have done a mistake! 

Imagine you are a pot with different grains of emotions and ideas, you are suppose to mix with the foreign particles to let the plant grow.Why do you think the plant doesn't grow in a day or so?Why does it take generations for us to harvest its fruits.

Do not reach to any kind of judgement, Due to certain fall of leaf, Enhance the beauty of all seasons and get on to get dirty while soiling it..Be ready to taste all the spices...Don't allow yourself to just stick to have that cherry in your life,Opinions are Mindsets of how different people look and see to varied experiences

Let them not be sorry about it because the journey of their's might be short or long doesn't matter the scar left behind it makes it more valid than anything else. So Instead of asking people to be more strong, I would post this stating for them to Open themselves more to receive all and choose the ones which suits you the best. Make sure to include the bad days in your book of good memories album because your built more lovely only with the kind of bad days or instances you had, The fights will matter the most in those books...If not your journey is no less than a "NULL OBJECT"

The Woman Cycle

The Ladies Menstrual Cycle is one the most significant for health and the familes as well.

There are certain rules and significances that the world should follow to maintain the better comfort areas for the goodness of wellbeings in both the genres

Isolating a person and presuming them to have a honey moon period at that point of time is one big mistake ..to be precise the PMS symptoms are very much similar to labour pains, according to the health care advisory

When you isolate yourself at this time from the family, You don't isolate yourself from God, You can relentlessly pray, the taboo of not praying to certain god is just created my mere domestic humans on earth according to their comfort.

There is ultimate one form that exists which is visibly invicinble and can be felt through the tones and vibrations of the hymns when you chant it to awaken souls. 

The rituals are mere customs to bring certain vibes of concentration to your body, If not where ever you tether to stand and chant, you will feel the presence of his existence, because every atom whether the living or Non living has his presence and is created only and only through his own allowance.

Do not take the power of his chants to ones head, And command over people or belittle someone, by being a know it all!

Observe the variety, Give a chance to change, Appreciate the new and treasure the history, Everyone has their go!

Avoid taking the pride of praying to head, Know that you stand, talk and preach only because he allows you, If not your existence as no value, So be politely humble by guarding your own self respect!

The Menstrual Cycle is the boon to the world!

The whole cell system of the body is changed and released.

 The world for which the ancestors wait for seeds to get nourished through the trauma of 9months, to have an offspring, Shud not just cherish the flowers but also love the consequences of it.

So appreciate and bow to the world who has granted you life, As they Say, Devaki is the seed mother, But Yashoda is the journey of 9months to innumerable pains and till the end of it.

When a woman bears the soreness, And has given her own level of sacrifices, Appreciate them, And be humble. But,these instances does not encourage the society to offer her more grievances and expect a new level of sacrifices.

Most of the times life gives you lemons make it a lemonade or pass by the so called storm.The journey changes you...

And you really will have to make it through that violent, metaphysical, symbolic form.

No matter how metaphysical or symbolic it might be, make no mistake about it; 

It will cut through flesh like a thousand razor blades.People will bleed there and you will bleed too.Hot, red blood.You'll catch the blood in your hands, your own blood and blood of others too.

And once the storm is over you won't remember how you made it or managed to survive though it.You won't even be sure, in fact, whether the storm is really over or not!

But! One thing is certain.When you come out of the storm you won't be the same person who walked in.That's what this storm's is all about.

The Human mind focuses more on those liabilities where it is not required for him to pay attention.
They prioritize in impressing a certain third party kind who was never a part of their world but had been looped into become one due to a certain dependent resource that you are connected with.

A man should learn to focus on the ones who bother and struggle for him, rather than trying to change himself for the ones who never worried about him

I know its a mere fact which is very evident and simple but is hardly ever applied.

The people who are running after quality of life rather than quantity!

Pleasing doesn't mean agreeing to smthg which is not right! At times sitting along with them for hours just to understand their point and taking time to explain your sight is also one of a kind!!!

Criticism

How do you take criticism?
How well do you handle with rumors? was the last question asked by an interviewer. There was a panel of three grey haired frowned men positioned in a relaxed state as though they don't care whether I got the job or no.

The middle man starred at my resume while the other two scribbled in their files. I silently wondered about what did I actually flaunt so much in it was it so intersting!!! That he hardly bothered to drop a stare on my face.

But it was only this question which forced all the three vaguely seated men to drop in stares like that of how a lion looks at his prey.

I noticed a serious expectation from them urging me to answer the query stating "I would handle them with Grace" (eye's rolling in head)
But then! I flinched at first..
Mumbled at second ..
And finally I told

" I am not someone who would walk away withit.I would find out the source make him sit and talk before he gets habituated of leaving his featherful stock behind with traces which have no roots"

to which I observed bewildered expressions loom on their fringed faces.
I was sure of not bagging this job. But I was happy with what I had answered.

At times! In terms to save a present situation we lie and pretend to behave "Take over it all kind of shoulders"! Not knowing this would ruin the current base culture of being honest"

We live on a gradation where delivering of a statement is like munching tit bits to impress the opposite person. And surprisingly we cringe inside and repeat those sentences again and try apprehending it saying

"Did I really say that?"
"Do I really really mean it?"

And finally you dust it off murmuring "forget it!"

No..Being excited seeing someone and blabbering is fine! It's totally Acceptable to...!!

But speaking or accepting something which is against the norms to impress your opponent is a BIG NO NO!

Criticism in today's industry of every genre has become preluding.

How far you stand up for it by yourself and abide by internally is right! But how far you socialize with it go gain attention and play being victim cards by tagging yourself to hashtags!!!

Don't you think earning basic manners should be your birth rule? Stand up if something around you is not sane.
We can't expect the world to stand up for you until unless you "Wake up!"from your slumber
